It is the holiday season! It is a great time of year. All are out shopping and being festive.
Holiday season can be good for the soul, but there is one thing that I want us not to forget. That is, shopping is fun and exciting, but it is hollow in nature in and of itself. Never forget, happiness is all on the inside. No amount of shopping or Christmas cheer can overcome unrest in our mind and spirits.
Yes, enjoy the season, but never forget the goal is inner peace.
