One of my favorite quotes of all time is by Rumi.
According to Google; "Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi was a 13th century Persian poet, an Islamic dervish and a Sufi mystic. He is regarded as one of the greatest spiritual masters and poetical intellects. Born in 1207 AD in Afghanistan.
Rumi's Quote
“What strange beings we are! That sitting in hell at the bottom of the dark, we're afraid of our own immortality.”
The quote reminds me that there is more to life than what you see with your eyes and hear with your ears.
